We are proud to offer on-site maintenance, ready to tend to any issues as soon as possible. If the fix involves a part we need to receive from our vendors, it may take additional time to complete. If this is the case, if needed, we will make accommodations for those affected!

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Tampa! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests be submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

And, with 1 play area, you can let little minds explore before heading inside your home, where select spaces feature nine-foot ceilings. We also offer a coffee bar located in the clubhouse, an outdoor barbecue grill, and a screened-in patio area for your enjoyment.

Tuscany Bay is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!

Once you apply, please send your income verification to us via email, and we will send the CheckPoint ID verification link. If your application is completed during business hours and you have completed the income and ID check, it will take up to 30 minutes to produce the screening results.

Paying rent is easy with the online Bilt portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.

At Tuscany Bay, all residents are required to have renters' liability insurance, which is supplied and charged monthly to your account by the community. We do suggest that all leaseholders have a separate renters' insurance policy that protects them for liability and belongings.

We are equipped for Spectrum, and the expense is included with your apartment rental as an additional fee.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

To set up your utilities, contact the utility provider online or by phone. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Tuscany Bay, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than three times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than five times (gross market rent).

Our property use software to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

Tuscany Bay does have additional monthly fees for furry friends, storage units, reserved parking and detatched garages.

We do not allow subletting or AirBnB listings.

To make sure Tuscany Bay is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee. Please inquire by contacting the office.
